Summit Ridge Roofing opened in 2018 with one truck, a father-and-son crew, and a belief that homeowners deserve a straight answer instead of a sales pitch. What started as repair calls around Boulder, CO grew into a licensed, bonded and insured company that has re-roofed hundreds of homes — for teachers, nurses, parents and retirees — all held to the same standard. We still meet every adjuster on the roof, still quote a fixed price in writing, and still sweep the driveway before we leave.

An inspection answers it. If the shingles have life left and the damage is isolated to flashing, a valley or a few slopes, we repair it and say so in writing. We only recommend replacement when the deck, underlayment or the majority of the field is failing — and we show you the photos either way.
Most Boulder homes are torn off and finished in one to two days, weather permitting. Larger or steeper roofs and metal systems take longer. You get a start date, a crew size and a finish date in writing before anything comes off the roof.
Yes — Colorado licensed, fully bonded and carrying both general liability and workers' compensation. We'll hand you the certificates before you sign anything, and we pull a permit on every job that needs one.
Every day. We document damage with dated photos, file the supporting report, meet your adjuster on the roof and review the scope line by line so nothing gets missed. You pay your deductible; we handle the paperwork and the follow-up calls with you.
Two layers. The manufacturer covers the materials — up to 50 years on premium shingle systems — and we cover our workmanship for 10 years. Both are registered in your name and the paperwork lands in your inbox after final inspection.
