Terms of Service

1. Acceptance Of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Summit Ridge Roofing Co. website and any inspection, repair, or roofing project performed by us at 2845 Wilderness Place, Suite 120, Boulder, CO. By booking an inspection, accepting an estimate, or using this site you agree to be bound by them.

2. Estimates & Scope Of Work
Written estimates are valid for 30 days and reflect the scope, materials, and price agreed before work begins. Material prices can move; any change to scope is priced and approved in writing before it is performed.
Estimates are prepared for the property named on them and are not transferable. Hidden deck rot or structural damage discovered after tear-off is quoted as a written change order you approve before we continue.
3. Scheduling, Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel a signed project with written notice to hello@summitridgeroofing.com before materials are ordered at no cost. After materials are ordered, restocking and delivery costs may apply. Deposits are applied to your final invoice.
Inspections are free and may be rescheduled any time at no penalty. Install dates move for weather, and we will contact you the same morning if a crew has to be pushed. Insurance work is billed to the approved claim scope.
4. Property Access & Liability
Roofing work requires access to your driveway, yard, attic, and roof. You agree to move vehicles and fragile items from the work area and to keep children and pets clear of the site while crews are present.
We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance and repair any damage our crews cause. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Ridge Roofing Co. is not liable for pre-existing defects, settling, or damage arising from conditions disclosed to you in your inspection report.
5. Workmanship Warranty
Our workmanship is warrantied for 10 years from final inspection and materials are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, registered in your name. The warranty excludes damage from later storms, third-party work, or failure to maintain gutters and drainage.
6. SMS & Marketing Consent
By providing your phone number you consent to receive transactional and marketing messages from Summit Ridge Roofing Co.. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
7. Changes To These Terms

We collect information you give us directly: name, email address, phone number, property address, billing details, insurance and claim information you share with us, and any message you send through our forms.
We also collect limited technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL — through analytics and standard server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
To schedule and deliver your inspection and project, process payments, support your insurance claim, respond to inquiries, send project updates, and — where you have consented — send marketing about services and offers.
3. Sharing & Third Parties
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: payment processors, estimating and scheduling software, email and SMS providers, and analytics tools. Each is bound to use it only on our behalf.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This site uses cookies and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the experience. You can block cookies in your browser settings and enable a do-not-track signal; core booking functionality may be limited if you do.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain project records for as long as your warranty is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and liability obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
6. Your Rights
To request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it, contact Summit Ridge Roofing Co. at hello@summitridgeroofing.com or (303) 555-0142. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law.
7. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Our services are booked by property owners and adult occupants only.
